A native-born California with a heart for the world, Chris initially joined Novo as a member of the Novo Board of Directors while working in her marketplace role. Sensing God’s call to full time ministry, Chris joined Novo staff and the newly formed Resource Development and Strategic Initiatives Team in 2018.

From her So Cal base, close to her adult kids, Chris (pictured above, left: son Matt, Chris, daughter Noelle and her husband Andrew) provides oversight to Novo’s global prayer initiative: PRIME, and Novo’s staff development and care team: SENTWELL.

Chris is passionate about helping to catalyze movements of the gospel around the world and mobilization of the local church, and focuses her kingdom investment in the areas of resource development and staff equipping. She maintains:

"As created ones fashioned in God’s image, we are “human becomings”, having a need and hunger to experience God and grow into all that God intends for us. It’s no different for Novo missionaries, who experience this same hunger for God and personal growth while ministering, often in remote, cross cultural settings."

Chris works to develop formational and equipping platforms for ministry development, training and care opportunities for Novo staff access to ministry tools and resources to support their needs to flourish and grow in effectiveness in life and ministry.
